[RESPONDED] Very unhappy customer with the bouquet that arrived for sisters birthday!

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

Ordered flowers from this company for my sisters birthday, asked her to send photo as never used company before. They were really awful 4 broken stems all the others were going brown with petals falling off how embarrassed was I when I saw picture. Sent email straight away to company who answered next day with a feeble apology saying that would I like a replacement sent. Gave the company the benefit of doubt and said Yes, could they please let me know when they would arrive so I could let my sister know. The following day got a email from them saying my new flowers had been dispatched.No flowers arrived after telling my sister a new bouquet would arrive that day.I can only assume they are so long in transit that's why they look half dead Sent numerous emails since but no reply have asked to be refunded.
