Complaint against Lovely Flora World

Ordered a bunch of flowers for my friend as she has been very ill lately - selected next day, had an email saying they were ready to be delivered... a week later and still no flowers. I have been back and forth with the company with many e-mails, asking why they weren't delivered, they continued to ignore what happened and kept repeating themselves, asking if the address was correct and saying they were very sorry. the fact that they had no answer to where my flowers were and didn't even know if they had attempted delivery! I am now asking for a refund and I have had no reply. I will not give up, this is absolutely appalling service and I'm so annoyed I didn't check reviews earlier. seems like it is happening to everyone! I'm so angry this company is still going, absolute CON ARTISTS. I hope they get shut down.
