Would never use again shocking customer service!

Lovely Flora World
My partner ordered me and our little girls flowers, they never turned up on time an said they can’t guarantee dates due to Royal Mail. They when they turned up they where battered in the box a head snapped on a trio of roses! Half dead as no water in box! My bunch looked nothing like the picture in the webpage!! Never order from online service again would rather go to a super market or a proper florist direct!!
