[LAPSED] Charged for premium text messages I did not ask for or receive

Complaint against Prizehook

According to my telephone bill I have been charged for receiving premium messages every week on a Saturday evening. Apart for the fact that I did not instigate or authorise such an agreement, I did not receive the messages to my phone (only on my bill) or received anything for this charge. This scam is immoral and deceitful, you have stolen money from me which I would like back please. I am reporting this matter to the PSA
