Complaint against Prizehook

there have taken money out of my bank when i had already informed them to cancel my subscription there still took a payment out of my bank anyway. so just to inform you also before i sent you this e mail i sent prizehook a e mail again to cancel my subscription again and not to take any more payments out of my account thank you.

Dear Mr Porter, We would not continue to charge your mobile phone after stopping a subscription, however you would typically receive your mobile phone bill in arrears, so you may have paid a bill for some charges several weeks after they were incurred on the phone.
