Complaint against IKEA

Last Saturday at 2.20pm I contacted the store in Croydon to find out if my order, which I purchased a week before is to be delivered on time and I was informed by the customer service consultant that there is an issue with the stock and that due to an internal mistake my order cannot be delivered on the day. I was advised that this can be delivered on Monday. I booked Saturday delivery because I work Monday - Friday!!! I will be now waiting 2 weeks for the delivery and another week for the assembly as they cannot book appointments on the day of delivery and they don't work Sundays. Today on July 15th I have been advised that there is an issue again. I had to waste two days so far and every time contact the store myself to find out that there was a mistake. This is unacceptable and I cannot take day off work to wait for the delivery, which will probably never arrive. As a company you need to know how to resolve your internal issues.
