Complaint against Mothercare
I ordered a furniture from Mothercare. I was told that order will be available within 2 - 4 weeks. Up to today - 9 weeks after the order placed. Item is nowhere to be tracked. I rang mothercare customer services at least 10 times. The explanation was that the product was over ordered and become unavailable for delivery. Only be told to wait and furniture will be delivered when available. What on earth you can wait for 9 weeks and still no clue of when the item is being available. Added to the disappointment, I was told many time by customer services many times that someone will contact me back and there has been no contact whatsoever.
