On the 27/9 I purchased a crib on line. Delivery 2/10. On 29/9 date amended to 5/10. No delivery. On 11/10 had online chat to request update on where my order was, but after 15 minutes she was unable to assist and advised I would be contacted. No contact. On 15/10 my order had disappeared from the tracker. Rang on the same day to request update and to ask that it wasn't delivered between 17/10 and 24/10 as I am abroad. Operator asked when I would like it delivering- after the 25th. Instructed to ring back on the 20th to ask for delivery on the 25th. Clearly hadn't listened to what I was saying and no explanation as to where original order had gone. Cancelled order
