I ordered from Aliexpress company on 9/April 2016, the goods was schedule to be delivered on 15th April 2016. but the goods was not delivered, it was delivered to a wrong address I was given a tracking number from DHL 8981313051 which shows it has been sign for. I contacted both company but I was inform the goods has been sign and delivered, its was delivered to a wrong address which have inform both parties but DHL cannot trace the goods informing me to negociate with Aliexpress. Have open dispute with aliexpress but they do not want to refund my money the matter was not investigated properly. I did not receive goods and I did not sign for any goods which have inform both parties but Aliexpress did not want to refund my money£76;06p.Aliexpress keep asking me to provide document which they knew I cannot provide because I did not receive any goods. Aliexpress only base evidence submitted by myself and its seller because they knew I cannot provide enough evidence so they dont want to give me my money back. I was contacted this morning that my claim is not accepted. I was being manipulated by both parties, they refuse to refund my money back.Please kindly help me to look into this matter and get back to me ASAP.Thank you
