Complaint against JML Direct
I rang the company complaining about my parcel being delivered to the wrong address (which was to be fair not their fault but DPD). The person I spoke to insisted that I had instructed DPD to deliver it to the WRONG address by sms or email. I checked my phone and emails ..and nothing existed about instructing DPD. Anyway..since I paid extra for next day delivery which is not going to happen, needless to say I was extremely 'pissed off' and I told the customer care girl exactly that. Instead of placating me, she accused me of swearing at her and said she would not like to continue the conversation. Customer Care???? Think the staff at JPL will need to go on a training course to actually understand what a swearing customer is all about.
