Complaint against JML Direct
The website looks amazing the product arrive in time and it worked for about 4 months, no problems. However, when the problems started and I contacted customer services they said it does not cover parts well it just happens that the light that heats up the product burned out in just 4 months and it cost 10 pounds plus shipping. Customer services went on to protect the company and its company as they are trained I believe, but should understand that these product are already expensive enough for me to keeping buying parts every 4 months. OK it might not happen every 4 months as they said, but it could happen in a month or even day. I believe the light it not well protected like oven light. I have owned a oven for over 2 years and the light never burned out. Come on JML give me something to work with. Won't be purchasing again and I hope you get this fixed for future customers.
