Complaint against SWI Schoolwear

I ordered my daughter's uniform in mid August and I have received everything except the blazer. I was told on 07/09/15 that they had taken delivery of the stock on that day and a delivery would go out that day. I called on 14/09/15 and was told that they would look into it and 'Mike' would call me back that day. He didn't. I then called again on 16/09/15 and was told that it was going out that day. I called again today 23/09/15 and was told again that the system said it was going out today. I spoke to a 'Jody' who I asked to get a manager to call me back. I'm still waiting. This is ridiculous - my daughter is now in her 4th week of her first year at a new school and she still does not have a blazer. it is causing her immense stress as she is naturally a quiet and reserved girl but she feels not having a blazer is bringing unwanted attention to her and she thinks people are staring and laughing at her. One pupil asked her if her parents were too poor to afford a blazer. On top of that I have just received a mobile phone bill and I have incurred approximately £26 in phone costs to the company as I am always put in a long queue. I need the blazer NOW.
