I have sent numerous emails, & made numerous phone calls, regarding the “ Collection” of an item! I was initially promised that the Atlantic 6-1 Music Centre, I had purchased would be delivered, as a Matter of Urgency, on Monday. When I rang to ask why no one turned up, I was told it would now be a 4 day collection!!! No one had the courtesy to inform me that this was the case. I was informed that the usual carrier, “ Hermes” couldn’t collect, due to the parcel size!! It was delivered, by CAR!! So Panther was used, they promised collection today, Thursday 18th January, this happened. Tonight, “ Hermes” turned up to pick the small parcel up, their instructions were to pick it up on Tuesday 16th January, which, they, Obviously didn’t. They, Hermes, have a “ Messaging service, from the Company, Scott’s to Hermes, with instructions of “ Changes “ The poor driver had the instructions to change the day from Tuesday, to today, Thursday, TODAY, so a totally WASTED TRIP, for the delivery driver. This company is Totally incompetent, and I will Never, ever use them again, I’m amazed that they can get any delivery company to collect, or deliver for them.
