Complaint against JD Sports
I paid for a new tracksuit in the leeds store that was out of stock and was told it would I would recieve it the next day at my home address. I got a text update from the courier on the morning saying my JDSports parcel would be with me later that day, then an hour or so later I recieved onother one to say they had not recieved it so I (also) would not recieve it today. I phoned the store to tell them and they gave me a contact number for them. I called the number as I wanted to know when I would recieve my items but kept getting cut off after going through the options. I also tried another number online I found which was listed as the head of complaints and this number also didnt work. I paid £1 for the privallage of being left in the dark by JDSports when really I should have gone to another outlet as today is my wifes birthday and that is why I bought these items and tomorrow is Saturday so all I want is to know when I will be recieving my items or when can I have a full refund so I can shop elswhere but that is pvooving to much harder that expected.
