JD Sports customer service is a joke! The advisor has apparently had no sleep and isn’t in the right headspace for the fact that they delivered my order 150miles away to an address I’ve never heard of! They then said that it would match my billing address which as I clearly stated is my home address where my parcel wasn’t delivered. They then tell me that it has been delivered... I know this but to somewhere I’ve never been! Also as it wasn’t signed for the courier Hermes left it in a secure place, and sent no image of this secure place instead a black photo was posted. They then top it off by saying that as they are treating it as a missing parcel, it will be 28days for an outcome! No money back and no order! They refused to pass me through to the complaints team or the supervisor. Worst customer service I’ve ever received!
