Complaint against JD Sports
I not received my order (trainers for my son, which was paid for using some of his Christmas money) I made on the 27/12/19. Was told on the 28/12/19 is was picked and ready for delivery. Then I had to wait until the 7/1/20 for JD sports to say they had dispatched my order........I only got this message after sending ANOTHER email complaining about the service a few hours before so I don’t believe it was in fact dispatched. After sending daily messages asking where my order was and getting the same response of ‘were very busy at the minute, your parcel will arrive soon. Please accept our apology’. I have today Had enough of the waiting and asked for a refund, had a message back within minutes form JD SPORTS saying they’ve checked my order and it’s been lost in transit and a refund will be issued within 3-5 days............I believe that when I goes back into my bank. Funny after complaining AGAIN they came back with another excuse. Upon reading comments of social media lots of other people are in the same boat as myself and have been told the exact same things. SHOCKING SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM JD AGAIN!!!!!!
