Complaint against Elite Phones and Computers

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Initial quote doubled once they had the phone. They took the money and returned the phone with totally discharged battery and same (charging) fault. Local phone shop confirmed that charging port, allegedly changed, had not been touched. The Customer Service (ha!) agent at Elite phones was abusive, untruthful and totally unhelpful - the worst "customer service" call I've ever had! Got my bank involved - Visa claim for services not provided - and informed Elite. Was then asked to return phone and they would refund carriage cost. I did so, but no refund. Phone finally fixed after six weeks. No response to my letter of complaint to General Manager. No refund of carriage cost. I wish I had read reviews before trusting them.
