Order cancelled by their security team without notification, have not been refunded

Complaint against Yours Clothing

I placed an order on 28/02/18 for multiple items of clothing - the order totalled £159. The delivery did not arrive, so I used their live chat on 07/03/18 to contact customer services, and was told they need to contact the warehouse team to get more information and someone would get in contact with me to update me. I requested they give me a refund for the order as I no longer want the items. I heard nothing from them. Over the past week I have phoned and been on the live chat multiple times (as of today - 15/03/18 - I've been in contact with them 6 times, every time being told someone will contact me after they have spoken to a manager/security team). Their managers are always away from the office and unavailable, and apparently the rest of the staff can't do anything without a manager. The only additional information I've been given is their security team cancelled my order, the order is on hold and nothing can be done until after they speak to a manager. I'm £159 out of pocket, and have wasted so much time on the phone and live chat. I'm never ordering from them again and will advise everyone I know to avoid them at all costs. So frustrated with the terrible communication exhibited by this company.
