Complaint against Yours Clothing

I did not receive my order from YOURS, Hermes reported twice that they tried to deliver and I was in, waiting, then they claimed it was signed for and delivered - I WAS NOT IN and the delivery man once again lied. I have contacted the online customer services 3 times who have said they will contact me when they have contacted Hermes, they have done nothing. They will not refund me till they hear back from Hermes that was 4 days ago. I have not heard anything again (day 8) I am out of pocket by over £40 and I do not have my order. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I am going to have to claim my money back through my credit card. DO NOT SHOP WITH YOURS AND AVOID ANY COMPANY THAT USES HERMES.

Update It took 3 weeks to get my money back. They did everything they could to delay it by constantly sending "proof of non receipt" emails I got and replied to about 14 in the end. A good way of getting hold of the private email of the agent is the copy their full name in place of Yours and the rest of their email address, also forward to head office. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
