Complaint against Kiddicare
I purchased some products in the Peterborough store while visiting my mother. When I got home the items did not fit the cot and the mobile was faulty. I live in London so unable to take back to store. There have been over 30 emails going back and forth for over 3 weeks, it's so frustrating not being able to talk to someone I have a young baby and do not have the time to be constantly writing Emails. I sent the items requested by customer services signed for back to the returns department BUT it seems that nobody knows where the parcel is and now I'm being ignored. I haven't heard anything from them now since last Wednesday. I'm so upset by this, there was over £80 worth of products in there. I need to know what's happening.
