Faulty dangerous pushchair. Repaired twice. Still broken. Kiddicare refusing to refund!

Complaint against Kiddicare

Bought a Quinny moodd from Kiddicare. Within a few weeks of use, the frame was lose, wonky and dangerous. On 3 occasions the whole frame dropped. On one occasion our 3month old baby was in it on a busy road! Sent back. Left without pushchair for 2weeks and no way of transporting our baby. Told no loan pushchair was available. When finally returned it seemed ok. However, a few weeks later it was exactly the same. Wasn't happy to be left without pushchair again. Drove a 7hour round trip to the Peterborough branch. Fixed in store. Seemed ok. One week later there was an almighty crack and the frame was once again dangerous and unstable. Enough is enough. Kiddicare refuse to refund even though after two repairs it is not fit for purpose. Stock answer everytime. "Must send in for inspection. No load pushchair available". Worst customer service I have ever received in my life! Kiddicare have no regard for the safety of children and couldn't care less about the people who have spent money with them. I wouldn't put up with this service from a toaster...why should I put up with it from a £600 travel system. Kiddicare are a disgrace!
