Complaint against Kiddicare

I bought a trampoline for my little one (birthday present) using the website. Received a email saying the day and time goods would be delivered. Waited and goods didn't turned up. Contacted courier and provided address directions (new house on new development) was told delivery was coming again on such day and time. Again no one turned up. Contacted Kiddicare who told me that for sure I would received the goods on next day. I cancelled appointment to wait and nothing. As time was running out for the party, I decided to cancelled the first order and place another one online but this time paying extra for Saturday delivery. Received an email with confirmation on the date of delivery. Saturday came and the goods didn't turned up AGAIN. Contacted kiddicare one more time, but this time my email was simply ignored. But the trampoline elsewhere. Received it within 2 days without providing any address instructions. Which again make question the poor quality of services that you provide. Completely wast of time and so frustrating.
