Over a months wait for delivery of a product and a refund

Complaint against Kiddicare

I spent over £150 on four items in October at kiddicare. We ordered a bouncer, a tens machine, thermometer and nightlight. The first three items arrived a few days after order date. When purchasing the nightlight it said there was a two to three week wait on the light. It did not say it was out of stock. I have had no email regarding the dispatch or delivery update of the light. I returned the tens machine which cost £50 and sent it recorded delivery signed for which the website recommends. I sent it on 15th November and tracked the return which said it was signed for on 17th November. I have received no email confirming this or a refund. I emailed customer services and received one email back from 'daniel' who told me the light was out of stock and had I paid for postage when returning the tens machine. I have since sent 5 more emails and had no reply. We have paid £80 for a light and a tens machine that we don't have and I will not use this company ever again or recommend them to anyone. The customer services is appalling.
