Complaint against Euro Car Parts

I had bought a ST suspension kit through Eurocar parts, which was supplied by the brand KW in april 2017. The rear suspension snapped (know to be a conmon issue, verified and confirmed by KW directly) and was advised to go down the claims procedure through eurocar parts. I was advised through alot of mis communication. That the item will take 5-6weeks to be replaced and a choice of labour can be claimed. I opened up the claim issue on October when the suspension snapped and was advised that i can bring in the item and swap it for a replacement. I dropped off the fault item early November and was then advised i would have to pay for the new item in full until the warranty is resolved. Again advised it can take up to another 5-6 weeks. Now being End of Feb. still no solution. I have been chasing calling weekly along with a few emails being sent and forms being completed. I was advised now that, if i agree not to claim labour, which would be £180+ the process would speed up in request for a like for like swap. I have never been given a call with an update and only today, i was confirmed the item is going through testing and can take another 5-6weeks and the like for like swap has been rejected. Since November what has Euros been doing? Imagine if i paid for the replacement, i would have been out of pocket twice in addition to being out of pocket as I will have to cover the removal in November and now the installation. This is horrendous service
