Complaint against Shpock

Shpock have blocked my account for a week now due to another user making a complaint. I have not been able to discuss this with anybody and I have sent several emails and not heard back from anybody. I don’t see why I should be stopped from using my account due to an issue that has not been investigated. I am not in the wrong and have not been updated on any investigation therefore I am extremely upset with this service
