Complaint against Shpock

I had made an offer for an item which was accepted and followed the formal course Shpock set out. I was fully aware that as Shpock state i was commited to this purchase. However the seller was not forthcoming in arranging a time and date to collect and did not answer my messages to him. I sent Shpock a message through the correct channels with no reply. I sent a follow up message which similarly has been ignored. I not only have to deal with a seller that ignores my communications but also a selling site. Am i not the customer to both parties??
