I am paying for a service to advertise my items, I realised my items weren’t being advertised AT ALL . I contacted shpock and many times, months went by and I heard nothing, I kept complaining because if they aren’t going to advertise my items, I want my money back , anyway eventually they replied and instead of resolving the problem like I thought they would, they said your account has been disabled as we have linked you to another account. This is ludicrous, and false, if my account was disabled, I would’ve been notified of this, and surely I wouldn’t be able to use my account, I am more than able to contact people, list items for sale, and they are more than happy for me to pay to promote my items, yet they take the money and don’t promote. They still haven’t offered an explanation or given me my money back. I have videos and photos to support my case
