Complaint against Shpock

Decided to use Shpock due to ebays fees. I am a 100% positive feedback seller on ebay. I listed two watches, a Rolex and an Omega. Within a day some nice people started reporting my items as fake, They are not fake and I had posted the watch certificates with the advert. Shpock blocked my account without even contacting me. I had paid for a premium listing and couldn't reply to anyone asking questions. Spoke to customer services - they said unless I prove the watches are genuine I will be blocked and potentially banned! I have not broken any terms or rules, clearly someone else selling a similar watch to me (for much more money!) decided to cause me problems! Shpock just made me feel like a criminal. Absolutely unbelievable!!! When I asked for a refund on my premium listing and to close my account they said they couldn't and I had to contact Apple! He couldn't even say if I would get a refund. Who is the criminal now!?! You have blatantly taken my money with no intention to help me as an innocent Shpock user!
