Fed up of uploading decent pictures on Shpock only for them to be streched & unrecognisable

I've had it trying to sell on shpock! I'm uploading really decent pictures with low pixel count, yet they are stretched out of proportion. What else can I do?? Also I've been missing out on potential sales as shpock haven't been relaying customers questions to me, 3 this week!!! Waste of time, they will not survive unless they buck up their ideas and get somebody who has knowledge of photography to run the graphic side of things, gees man!
