Complaint against Shpock

I bought an item via shpock and paid by bank transfer. The seller said that as soon as I do the transfer he would post by courier for next day delivery an text mec the tracking number. No tracking number was text to me. No parcel received. Very difficult to contact the seller, doesn't answer phone and text back 2 days after. Eventually he text me a tracking number and after checking with courier it came about that it had been delivered and signed for. After further enquiries with courier it seed that the parcel had been signed for by the sellers wife. Contacted the seller who said there was a mix up and would send me the tracking number again. Not received. Cannot contact seller does not answer. I have asked for a refund. No reply. Does shpock take any ownership for sellers on their site?
