Complaint against Shpock

To whom this may concern On the 13th of August 2018 I went in on a deal to buy a gopro hero 6 with a person. We did the normal actions which were to exchange details. The client supplied two bank accounts which didn't except my payments. The client supplied a third account which I made a payment. I have my bank to prove the payment. I was then told by the client I would received my product by the 16th of August I have not received the product or a notification from the delivery service. It is now the 30th of August and the client has my money and is not talking to me any more. I have not received the goods and I have patiently waited 2 weeks. Please could you help with me retrieving my money back Many thanks
