[LAPSED] Never received goods

Complaint against Shpock

Bought a playmobil school from sphock for £40. Paid £12 postage so £52 in total. Never received item. Asked seller for tracking number details. Sphock sent few messages to myself but nothing to help the situation. I then noticed the same seller under a different name. Same address selling the same item which I was meant to have purchased. I have had no refund or assistance from sphock. Where do I stand. I photoscreened all messages all photos of item and saved it.
