Complaint against Shpock

I got a toy for my son. I went to collect it and the seller was in such a hurry that I just took the item and pay. Under inspection later on, I realized one part was missing and the " not used at all, as new item" was rusty..well it's a gamble really. I contacted the seller, who told me that was my fault for not check before take it, stupid me for trust in the honesty of the seller. I contacted Shpock, in order to report the seller to prevent other people, no reply so far. Not even a notification that the customer service team got the complain. I will never use the site in the future and I'll never recommend to any body.
