[LAPSED] No replies to my reports. Still have not received the item despite waiting more than 5 months.
Complaint against Shpock
I have tried to submit reports about the seller I have bought an item from, but it doesn't allow me to submit more than one, which is ridiculous because I haven't received my item and I have lost all my money. I have never come across such awful customer service, and I would have expected Shpock to be more responsive and to make at least a little effort to resolve my issue. I do not know how to go about my complaint, as there appears to be no way of contacting Shpock, but I would like a full refund and also some compensation for this waste of my time, and I also expect you to make the seller deliver the item to me. Thanks
