Paid for a 128gb iPhone that I found through Shpock that I didn't receive.

Complaint against Shpock

I paid for an iPhone 64gb that I found Shpock and the seller claimed to have posted the item and gave me a false tracking number. When I raised this with the Shpock support team several times they were very unhelpful. Their response was simply to send a message to the now inactive seller saying: "Hello Rachael S., please get in touch with Gbemi G. right away. The product was paid for, now it's up to you to set up for delivery. Please provide a tracking ID or another piece of proof that the item has been shipped" Link below:
