Complaint against Shpock

tried to contact them shpock, sent them over 7 emails not once did they do as i requested i have told them the deal is done and finished all they do is send a automated email i can not use the mobile app because i am disabled the worst exp ever by a company i will never use them again ever all i want is my account to be closed down they sent me a email asking if the deal was finalised i said yes just close the account complete useless customer help at shpock
