Complaint against Shpock

I purchased an iphone for my 12 yr old daughter off a woman on the site , we met up locally and exchanged money and phone , she seemed genuine helping my daughter to set up and so on , the phone was working well up till a week later when it said no service so i checked the imei number only to find out it had been blacklisted , i have tried numerous times to contact this woman to no avail , i sent email to shpock to complain and as yet have recieved no help other than them writing a message on her profile , i am £80 out of pocket and my daughter has no phone ! . I have since started looking for another phone and last night i found one , another iphone being sold by a man who says he didnt have paypal but he would post out the phone if i paid by bank transfer , he readily agreed that i just pay a deposit of £22.50 until the phone arrived and then i would pay the rest , i sent the money via bank transfer and informed him i had done so , immediatly he deleted his ad on shpock so i can no longer contact him , all in all i am now £102.50 out of pocket , my daughter still has no phone and i am extremely angry ! I have emailed shpock again but upto now had no reply , this app shoud be closed down but not until i recieve some kind of reimbursement.
