I recently brought a console for a discounted price on this app. At the time I thought it was genuine then things went downhill from there. Whilst checking the item description the seller only wished to do a bank to bank transfer and delivery. I thought that that was just for his safety but other sellers commenting on the item thought the bank account transfer was shady. Numerous people asked to transfer via paypal but he refused sayimg that he had bad experiences with them. So, I buy the item and we get into the delivery process. I transferred the money via paym and then gave him the address of a local post office for me to pick up the item. However, he continously procrastinated when I asked for a tracking/delivery id saying stuff like "I'll email it to you" I then used the number he gave me for the transfer to try amd contact him as he was clearly ignoring me on Schpock. Still even when messaging him on his number he avoided giving me a tracking id and now is blanking me on his number. Shpock have contacted him on the app however I feel that is not enough. Does anyone have any idea of how to get him to refund/deliver? I'm quite new to this online shopping thing so I'm worrying that he has got away with it. Please help.
