[RESPONDED] Seller not responding or issuing postal receipt after receiving £125.00 cash for gaming laptop

Complaint against Shpock

A gaming laptop was purchased on Sphock. Item was paid for, to that value of £125.00 which included postage. I have sellers Sphock account address, there Paypal address and also there banking details. It looks as if seller used his partners banking details for payment. Seller stated he would send copy of postal receipt, but hasn't to date. Emails requesting information regarding postage tracking number and communication have been sent, many times to seller, without response. I am now very concerned that monies have been stolen !. And I've attempt to contact Sphock concerning this, but unable to find any phone number relating to Sphock. This, by all accounts feels let me theft. But seller has a history of selling items on Sphock, also. So by all accounts looks like a normal, reputable seller. Many thanks for any assistance you can offer regarding this matter.
