Shpock: postage hasn’t arrived and the person not getting in touch

Complaint against Shpock

Recently I have bought 2 tickets from this app Shpock and the person who I bought the tickets off told me to put the money in to his account and I did then he told me hat he has received he money and hat he would post and it has been 3-4 working days and he said they should arrive about Friday and they haven’t he said he sent them first class by Royal Mail and I still haven’t received now he is not getting in contact with me and I would want my money back I also told him to send me the reciept to show that you posted and he said I have posted he didn’t even send me the reciept and I have been trying to contact him with Shpock but he is not even answering my messages I have frequently tried to contact him but no he’s not replying I think he hasn’t even sent the tickets
