Complaint against Shpock

I log into Shpock with email and Password. Then you are asked for your phone No for them to send an SMS. Text. Then they tell you they cannot give you a text as you have previously had one. This is so pathetic as it Allows no one to use their site if you have previously had a text from them. The idea of a Password is for security! And when you get in touch with customers services they do not reply. This is the worst site I have ever used.

The same thing happened to me the other day so its still isnt fixed in 2019 ! Its the worst site and support Ive had to deal with.

same story can get in with password shpock says i logged in with facebook . It wont log in so requested to change password but wont change password because say i have a registered email already and an acount logged in ... Customer service is a joke 3 emails 2 weeks and no response just automated reply ... How they are allowed to do this i dont know . Company is in germany ....Im in uk ..
