[LAPSED] What customer service?

Complaint against Shpock

Someone bought something from me, but then turned around and said that they thought the product included something else with it. Buyer is refusing to pay. WTH am I meant to do? According to Shpock, we have a legal agreement to buy/sell, but there is no procedure in place to deal with this. Read someone else comment of the same thing then they got a response of reporting the person to them through the app - but no instructions on how to do this. Will they ever see their money? Will I?
