Complaint against Bedroom World
I ordered a steens Carlton double bed frame on 20/2/17 I received a single, which was left outside, with NO signature, then got ANOTHER single, then got a double, which had a dent in the headboard and a horizontal split across it, then got Another single! So 4 beds n my tiny flat that were not picked up till thursday 16/3/17 I waited in all day on 9/3/17 which was my sons birthday so I missed out on the day celebrations, & the bed was for him. I cannot understand how they could get my order so wrong, & every phone call I was told faithfully that it would be sorted out, I have now requested a refund on 16/3/17, so will hopefully have that by thursday23rd I was told this morning, even tho I was told 3working days now they have said 4 to 5!!! I think it is very sad as I was totally in love with this style of bed & am bitterly dissapointed, as well as bitter, as I will NEVER order a big item online again. Ms.ann slaughter
