Bed on delivered, told I would get a refund, still not refund, over a month ago
Complaint against Bedroom World
I have contacted the company twice to chase up delivery which was due 5 weeks ago. They then give me a delivery date, the item fails to arrive. When I contact them to ask where is the item is they then tell me its not in stock and they will have to re order the item. This happened on two occasions, telling me each time that they would have to re-order the item. I then told world stores to cancel the order as I needed a bed urgently and they agreed to do so and told me to contact customer support. I have tried contacting them for a refund but have failed to reach the company being left on hold for over 30 mins. I have also emailed, the only responce was a automated email.
