Complaint against Bedroom World

I ordered the bed, it arrived damaged, arranged a return and replacement, they sent a replacement, it arrived damaged, arranged a return and another replacement, the third one arrived undamaged. Assembled it and found it was way too high. Before I ordered the bed, I phoned up to find out the exact measurement of the clearance under the bed, I was told approx 23cm, but it was approx. 36 cm. So I phoned up, and said I want to return the item, they said no problem and arranged a return for today 25th Sept, I received an email to confirm, but on the day released I did not get a text message as on previous occasions. So got wondering and I was right, no one came to collect it, so obviously a collection was not arranged. I phoned but you can never get through, you can be holding for 30mins whenever you call. You can email and they promise they will reply within 72hours, but that never happens. So I will try calling again to arrange a return. I wonder if the company are going to pay for my loss of earnings today, waiting at home all day for a return, that was never processed. Awful company, will never order from them again. And my frustrating experience with Bedroom world continues.
