Complaint against Microsoft
My surface pro 2 fan went faulty, I offered to pay for it to be repaired but MS insisted on exchange with refurbished device, I said no, anyway first exchange had scratch on screen, second is scratched all over including screen, was not even cleaned properly. I do no want a second hand device, I want mine back, MS says no. Raised a complaint on 12th May, 3 days later not even acknowledgement. I did not pay $1600 to get a second hand replacement when mine failed due to manufacturer fault. I want MS to pick up their last exchange without sending me another second hand piece of junk, I even offered to pay for shipping but they refuse.
