Complaint against Nissan

The service at Westway Nissan on my last two visits has been appalling, if you complain you get an "oops sorry" ,bout that we didn't realise I had Nissan AC compressor fitted by Nissan Dealer, lasted less than two years to be told no good for Nissan ??? went back for service this year reluctantly courtesy car had 19 miles available on Leaf ?? and 3000 pounds of extra work was found to be "needed" including Cam Belt they had fitted FOR ME 12 months earlier, charlatans and shysters all of them Customer service? they don't care we,re too big to care thanks for nothing NISSAN spent 4000 pounds in there since I had car !! never mind Mr *
