we have been a good customer for at least 15 years and are totally dissatisfied with the water boiler it dosnt cut out and is constantly flooding our worktop also to fill with water it has to be turned round and is absolutely useless to fill . this machine is dangerous and a person can easily scald themselves removing the overfilling mug as the drip tray is too smal lwe spend more time mopping up than making drinks not happy rt all .

My wife ordered a plug in spider repelled on the 11th of June and still hasn't received it ,far to long in my opinion .She received a cheque for something else she ordered last week which you didn't have in stock.
