Return of faulty item

Complaint against World Stores

Received delivery of ordered item (metal day bed ) and found that there were items missing and could not assemble it. Checked order and it stated I was able to return item and obtain a refund within 28 days of delivery. After many attempts finally got thru to Worldstores customer services and they agreed to collect item and give me a refund. E-mail received giving date for collection of item. Waited in all day on the agreed day no one arrived to collect it. My wife and I spent literally hours on the phone trying to get thru to Worldstores! Finally got thru, a new date was agreed and was promised an e-mail to confirm this but not received one. Also was promised a phone call back from the Customer Services Manager on duty but he has not call. Appalling customer service. Has caused considerable stress and anxiety for my wife and myself and the matter is still not resolved. Help ! After this will never use Worldstores again. All I want to done is the item collected and a refund. Compensation for the inconvenience would be nice but don't expect an offer of any !
