Complaint against Carpetright

Fitting price increased after delivery by gbp150, no return of goods allowed, messed up appointments. Now still waiting for the LVT to be fitted. Has been going on since February. Prep of the floor was finally done beginning of March , then fitter was sick twice when fitting was supposed to be done and no one informed me. Was difficult to get contact with anyone to get a new date. Emails and calls made. Now they tell me I have to wait 2 weeks for next available appointment. Meanwhile I’ve no bathroom/toilet door as they took it down for the prep work. So 3 weeks with no privacy and counting. I want the floor finally fitted to agreed price and some kind of compensation for lost working days, lost rent income and inconvenience (having to use the toilet and shower with no privacy.)
